How things started
Founded in 2009, by Zac Boddy.
Zac had an early insight into the significant gap in the IT industry's customer service realm. Small businesses seeking IT support often found themselves left in the lurch by companies that failed to return calls or even pick up the phone. The focus on genuinely serving customers had eroded, replaced by a barrage of technical jargon that sometimes left clients feeling intellectually inferior.
Zac ventured into a mission of building the most reliable, kick-ass IT team that the IT industry had ever seen. Now, serving hundreds of customers in South Eastern Michigan. That mission is still the focus of the business today and will continue to be for it’s entirety.
