Refunds for services are given on a case by case basis. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, if you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue. We have a "Honesty" based warranty policy that all of our technicians are trained for. If your problem has not been corrected due to something we have missed, we will cover any future service calls regarding your original stated issue under warranty. Some of the cases that are reported to us can be difficult to correct on the first try, your technician will communicate with you and set expectations for warranty.
Products and Goods Policy:
Returns for products are accepted with original packaging and all of the product's original contents within 15 days of setup and delivery of the product. After 15 days, the return is handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, we will accept returns up to 90 days in exchange for store credit depending on the item. If you choose to return a product or good for refund, original labor may not be refunded depending on the situation.
